Kenneth Walter Reppin was convicted on his plea of guilty of operating a motor vehicle without the owners consent (sec. 943.23, Stats.), and of robbery (sec. 943.32 (1) (b)). He was sentenced to serve concurrently five years in the Green Bay Reformatory on the motor vehicle charge and six years on the robbery charge. The appeal from the motor vehicle conviction, Case No. 102, has been abandoned and will be dismissed. The appeal in Case No. 103 is from an order denying Reppins motion to vacate the sentence and conviction on his plea of guilty to the robbery charge and to withdraw the guilty plea and for a trial.
